What do you offer that others don't?

We offer 3 cargo trailers. Two 12’ and one 10’, to help mitigate the expense of moving.  We do not require anything to use our trailers except being current on your rent payment, a valid drivers license and insurance.

How Soon Can I Move In?

If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.

How much notice do I need before I move out?

We rent on a month-to-month basis and require at least 10 days notice before you plan to move out.

What is required at move in?

We require a valid government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport), a valid mailing address and phone number. There is also a contract to sign that goes over the lease terms.

How long is the lease term?

We rent on a month-to-month basis; however, we do prorate you in until the 24th of the month, after which we require the following month’s rent as well.

How can I make my payments?

You are always welcome to pay in person at our on-site office.  You also have the option of mailing a check or money order. We also offer auto payments in which your payment will be automatically deducted from the account or card of your choosing. We also hope to add payments through our website soon.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express and Discover.

Are there any restrictions on what I can't store?

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, pet food and perishables. We’re happy to answer any questions you have about an item you aren’t sure about.

How and when will I have access to my storage unit?

Access to your unit is unlimited while the gate is open.  The gate hours are Monday-Friday 7 am-10 pm, winter hours 7 am – 9 pm.
