What makes Edison St. Mini Storage different?

Every rental includes $2,000 of self-storage insurance with zero deductible, and qualifying tenants can use one of our three cargo trailers at no additional charge. We also provide month-to-month rentals, no administration fees, and friendly on-site management.
How soon can I move into a storage unit?
If a storage unit that fits your needs is available, you can move in anytime during our normal gate access hours.
Do you offer month-to-month rentals?
Yes. All of our storage units are rented on a month-to-month basis, giving you the flexibility to store your belongings for as long as you need without a long-term commitment.
How much notice do I need before moving out?
We ask that you provide at least 10 days' notice before your planned move-out date.
What do I need to rent a storage unit?
To complete your rental, you'll need:
A valid government-issued photo ID
A valid mailing address
A current phone number
A signed rental agreement
How are move-in charges calculated?
We prorate your rent through the 24th of the month. After that date, the following month's rent is also collected at move-in.
How can I pay my rent?

Do you offer moving trailers?
Yes! We offer three complimentary cargo trailers for qualifying tenants, including two 12-foot trailers and one 10-foot trailer.

Provide proof of vehicle insurance
Are there any items I cannot store?
Yes. For everyone's safety, the following items are prohibited:

Toxic materials

When can I access my storage unit?
You have daily access to your storage unit while the gate is open.
Gate Access Hours:
6:00 AM – 9:00 PM, seven days a week
